Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 10, 2026
Your privacy matters here. This policy explains what information Morgan Men's Health collects through our website, online forms, and ads, and what we do with it.

Morgan Men's Health is a private men's urology and wellness practice led by Dr. Kelly Morgan in Eugene, Oregon. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it means Morgan Men's Health.

This policy covers morganmenshealth.com, the forms on it, our online programs and webinars, and forms you complete through our ads on Facebook or Instagram. It does not cover the websites or apps of other companies, even when we link to them.

Your health information
Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under federal law (HIPAA). How we use and share it is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, not in this policy. If the two ever differ, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls for your health information.

Please do not send detailed medical information through our website forms, email, or social media messages. Those channels are for scheduling and general questions. We will talk through your health privately, in person or by phone.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Reading our content or submitting a form does not create a doctor and patient relationship.

Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the practice.

Information you give us. When you contact us, request an appointment, book online, register for a webinar, or buy an online program, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, and the service you are asking about. If you make a purchase, you also provide billing details.

Information from our Facebook and Instagram forms. If you submit one of our ad forms, we receive your name, phone number, and any other contact details the form asks for. See the Facebook and Instagram section below.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, basic technical information is collected. This includes your browser type, device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and an approximate location based on your IP address.

Please do not include insurance numbers or card numbers in general contact forms. We collect those securely when you schedule care.

How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
• Respond to your questions and call you back about scheduling
• Book, confirm, and remind you about appointments
• Deliver webinars and online programs you register for or buy, and process payment
• Send you information you asked for, such as webinar reminders
• Understand how people use our website so we can make it clearer and easier to use
• Measure whether our ads are reaching people who find them useful
• Keep our website secure and meet our legal obligations

We will not use your contact information for unrelated marketing without your permission. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and whether our ads are working.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, how long people stay, and how they found us. Google collects this through cookies and processes it under its own policies. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser Add On.

Google Ads. We advertise on Google. Google Ads uses cookies to tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads later contacts us or books a visit. This helps us spend our ad budget well. You can adjust how Google personalizes ads in your Google Ad Settings.

Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tools above. It does not collect personal information on its own.

No Meta Pixel. We do not use the Meta Pixel or similar Facebook tracking code on our website.
Your controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Facebook and Instagram forms
Some of our ads include a short form that opens inside Facebook or Instagram. You choose whether to fill it out.

If you submit one, Meta shares your answers with us. Typically that is your name and phone number. Facebook may fill in some fields from your profile. You can review and change anything before you submit.
We use this information only to contact you about the service you asked about, usually by phone. We do not ask health questions on these forms.

Meta also collects information when you view or respond to an ad, under its own privacy policy. You can read Meta's Privacy Policy and adjust your ad preferences in your account settings.

If you submitted a form and would like us to delete your information, contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We share information only with companies that help us run our website and practice. They may use it only to provide their service to us. These include but are not limited to:
• Wix, which hosts our website, forms, online booking, and store
• Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement, as described above
• Meta, which delivers our Facebook and Instagram ads and forms
• Stripe, which processes payments for online programs
• WebinarKit, which hosts our webinars and sends webinar reminders
• Zapier, which connects program purchases to webinar registration
• Elfsight, which displays public Google reviews on our site

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our patients, staff, or others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the practice.

Your choices
You are in control of what you share with us. You can ask us to:
• Tell you what personal information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete information you gave us through our website or ad forms
• Stop calling, texting, or emailing you

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond within 45 days.

Some information we must keep by law, such as medical and billing records. Your rights over your medical records are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link at the bottom of that email.
Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share, and we limit access to the people who need it to help you. No website or online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep contact and form information only as long as we need it to respond to you and run the practice, or as long as the law requires.

Children
Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or services change. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
